What's the difference between Lite and Essential?
Volixta Analytics Lite provides free, self-hosted website analytics. Essential adds advanced visitor and logged-in user profiles, extended data retention, additional tracking controls, and upcoming mobile app connectivity.
Can I upgrade from Lite to Essential without losing my data?
Yes! Essential includes a built-in migration tool that allows you to transfer your existing analytics history and compatible settings from Lite.
Do I need Lite installed to use Essential?
No. Volixta Analytics Essential is a standalone WordPress plugin. You can install and use it without installing Lite first.
How many websites can I activate with one license?
It depends on your selected plan. Essential offers licenses for 1, 5, 15, or 50 websites. You can deactivate a website to free up an activation slot for another site.
Is the mobile app included with Essential?
Yes! The Volixta Analytics mobile app is included with your Essential license at no additional cost.
Coming Soon! Once released, you’ll be able to monitor your website analytics directly from your smartphone. The number of websites you can connect will match your Essential license plan (1, 5, 15, or 50 sites).
Where is my analytics data stored?
Your analytics data is stored directly in your WordPress database, not on external analytics servers. You maintain control over your data, privacy settings, and retention period.
What happens when my license expires?
Volixta Analytics Essential will continue to work even after your license expires. Your analytics features and existing data remain accessible, so you can keep using the plugin without interruption.
Can I purchase a Lifetime license?
Yes! Essential offers both Annual and Lifetime license options. A Lifetime license provides a one-time payment option without annual license renewal. Check the plan details for the applicable support and update terms.
What is your refund policy?
Yes — we offer a 14-day refund policy in case of technical issues that cannot be resolved by our support team.
Refunds are only available if the plugin was used on a supported environment (WordPress 5.8+, PHP 7.4+, MySQL 5.7+), and our team has attempted to solve the problem.
Refunds are not granted for change of mind, misconfiguration, or third-party conflicts.
